The 30% Club France Investor Group has released its 2025 Annual Report, documenting the progress made in the representation of women within the leadership of SBF120 companies. Ostrum AM continues its commitment as a founding member.
The report's data reveals encouraging progress: the 30% threshold for women on SBF120 executive committees has been met (30.6%), and 56% of companies now exceed this level within their executive teams.
With this symbolic milestone achieved, the 30% Club France Investor Group has set a new target of 40% by 2030, while continuing to address structural levers such as pay equity and career development.
