Ostrum AM recently welcomed 12 students to support them in joining the workplace as part of our partnership with Vox Populi.

We have a duty to society to encourage our younger generations to prepare for the future and foster the legacy that we will pass onto the next generations.
As part of our commitment, Ostrum AM accompanies the Vox Populi association, set up in 1999 to support integration through education built on sport, culture and training for young people from priority neighborhoods in the Paris and greater Paris region. The organization works with local charities and associations as well as companies that seek to play their full role in society, such as Ostrum AM.
With this partnership, we are able to support Vox Populi in a number of initiatives:
- supporting students in developing their soft skills, or relationship skills, as they learn more about corporate workplace codes, critical thinking, attitude, communication, etc.;
- mentorship program;
- access to internships and the recruitment process.
This first initiative in the Vox Populi PopSkills training program was an opportunity for 12 students to work on their soft skills for a week in January. This event marked the beginning of a six-month mentorship program during which students will be supported by our people in looking for internships, preparing for interviews and drafting resumes and cover letters.
